CHAIRMAN TO RETIRE
CITY EDUCATION BOARD (Por Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. An announcement was made by Mr. T. U. Wells, at the conclusion of the Auckland Education Board meeting to-day, that he would not seek a further term of office. lie had been chairman since 1932 lie said, and did not wish to retain office indefinitely.
