Colonels A. S. Wilder, H. Gambrill, N. L. Macky and C. 11. Spragg. who were retired from the active list of the New Zealand territorial officers following the issue' by them on May lfi of a manifesto criticising the existing system of defence, are visiting Wellington. Colonel Spragg said that neither he nor his colleagues desired to make' any statement for publication.
