ENGAGEMENT RUMOUR
DENIAL BY REDESDALE FUEHRER TOO OCCUPIED LONDON, April 24. "There has never been any question of an engagement between my daughter end Herr Hitler. The Fuehrer lives only for his country, and lacks time for marriage," Lord Redesdale told the Sunday, Pictorial, denying reports that Herr Hitler was considering marrying his (Lord Redesdale's) daughter, the Hon. Unity Free-man-Mitford.
The Sunday Chronicle's Berlin correspondent states that Herr Hitler may seek a bride, and gives the names of Jenny Jugo, a brunette film star, and Leni Riefenstahl, producer of the Olympic Games film, as subjects of gossip.
