NATIONAL PARTY TOEACiA RAY BRANCH (Herald Correspondent.) A ladies' meeting of the Tolaga Bay branch of tho National Party was held in the Parish Hall, Tolaga Bay. Mrs. Eric Loisel presided over a good attendance. It was decided to form a committee and the following members were elected: -Mesdamcs E. Loisel, president, H. R. Irving, G. Wilson, A. Donald, H. T. Loffler. 1). G. S. MacDonald and K. Mcintosh, Misses 11. Spencer and B. McNeil; secretary. Miss ,1 Morris. Arrangements were made to hold a series of entertainments in the interest of the National Party's funds Card Parly A most successful card party was held in the Parish Hall on Monday night by the ladies' committee of the Tolaga *Bay National Party. Tables were arranged for bridge, mah-jong and five-hundred. There was a good attendance 14 tables being required to accommodate the players, with players cutting in. At the conclusion of the games a delicious supper was served and trophies were presented to the successful players as follows: Five-hundred—Mrs, W. 11. Bradley, 1; Mrs C W. Taylor, 2.
