RAILWAY ACCOUNTING

MODERN MECHANICAL AIDS BUDGETARY SYSTEM The largest meeting in the history of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Society of Accountants—an attendance of 250 members —was given n feast of figures in the large rooms of the railways accountancy branch at the Wellington new station recently. The main purpose of the assembly was to see demonstrations of New Zealand's largest installation of mechanical aids for accounting and other operations on figures.
