LORD SUES FOR LIBEL
BRITISH FASCIST PAPER DAILY TELEGRAPH AIMS FINANCE SUGGESTIONS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 14, noon) LONDON, Oct. 13. Lord Camrose, the editor in chief of the Daily Telegraph and the Sunday Times, has sued the newspaper of the British Fascist leader, Sir Oswald Mosley, for libel on the grounds that the paper suggested he was an unscrupulous, unpatriotic, Jewish financier running the Daily Telegraph in the interests of Jewish finance. Lord Camrose denies that he is a Jew or of Jewish extraction." He says that he is pure Welsh. He says that he is not a financier. Shareholders in the company owning the Daily Telegraph were his brother. Lord Kemsley, Lord Iliffe and himself. The case was adjourned.
