AMERICAN METHODS NEW SOUTH WALKS MINES (Klee. T«l. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 14, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 14. The miners’ council, after reviewing the dispute at the Broken Hill Company’s northern collieries, decided to inform the Industrial Commission that the Broken Hill Company was trying to introduce the American open-shop methods, which the miners and unionists generally would not tolerate.
