MORE CONFIDENT TONE FUNDS GO TO PARIS (Reed. Oct. 12, 3 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 10. The retreat of speculators against the franc to-day turned into a rout. Sentiment is becoming more confident. The pessimism of the immediate outlook in New York and London has induced operators to transfer some funds to France.
