LONDON APPOINTMENT FORMER BERLIN POST (liritisli Oflieiul Wireless.) Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, July 14. Graaf Van Limburg Slirum, the new Netherlands Minister in London will reach London on Friday and will be received by the King next Tuesday. He succeeds Mr. R. de Marees van Swindern, who has been the Netherlands Minister in London since before the Great War.

From 1916 to 1921 the new Minister was the Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies. He was the Dutch Minister in Berlin for 10 years until the end of last year.
