RECEIVING BIG MAIL
MRS. FREER IN SYDNEY DELIGHTED WITH CITY SYDNEY, July 13. Mrs. M. IV*. Freer, who is staying at the residence of her aunt overlooking Sydney harbour, is delighted with Sydney.
“It’s just like London, only more beautiful,” she declared.
She is receiving a big mail. One letter contained a cheque from an anonymous giver.
A message from Perth says that Lieutenant Dewar has been transferred to the Rottnest Island fortifications, but he may visit Melbourne shortly to play in the State’s Rugby team.
