FLIGHT OVER ARCTIC
SOVIET AIRMAN (Roc. July 13, 2.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, July 12. The Soviet flyer, Gromov, who is flying from Russia to the United States of America via the Arctic Circle, safely passed latitude 74.1 degrees, longitude 56 degrees east. lie intends to follow the 120th medidian and then fly along the valley between the Rockies and the Sierra Nevada mountains to San Francisco.
