HX-MHMISHR’S DEATH (TVr Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. A by-eleetion held to-day to fill a -icanev on the Raglan Town Board, caused by the resignation of the chairan, Mr. A. L. Pegler, on account of Iness, resulted in the election of Mr. . O. Spence. While the polling was taking place, Ir. Pegler died at Hamilton, aged G 9 years.
