DANCE BAND RHYTHM
HELP TO PARSON LONDON. May 20. _ Canon Eric Southam. Bournemouth's broadcasting parson, confessed yesterday that lie prepared his sermons to dance band music. “I find the rhythm helps me,” lie said. The canon, appointed provost of the newly-formed Guildford diocese, lias received a parting gift of £195 from his Bournemouth parishioners. He will use some of the money to buy a radio set specially for his study. Mrs. Southarn does not like dance music.
