United .... 35pls Waima .... 4pts In a very interesting football match at Tokomaru Bay on Saturday, Uniled juniors defeated Wanna juniors by 35 points to four. The match was the first round for the junior knock-out competition and onl\ 12 players on each side turned out. Three players were ordered oiltwo United and one Waima, and the reasons leading up to this incident a (lorded the only excitement lor the handful of spectators who witnessed ttie game. United could easily have scored many more points had they wished, for Waima wore definitely weak. The victors of this match now have to play Tawhiti in the final to decide which team should hold the trophy. Mr. R. Newton refereed.
