DREAM OF MR. SEMPLE VISIT TO AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, July 12. The New Zealand Minister of Public Works, Mr. R. Semple, who arrived by the Wanganella to-day on a holiday visit to Australia, was greeted by a group of former political friends, the chief of whom was Mr. W. M. Hughes. He will meet members of the Parliamentary Association on Wednesday and will be the guest of Federal Ministers and others at lunch at Canberra on Thursday. Mr. Semple will then be able to realise his dream when he returns to his boyhood town of Sofala.
