CANADA’S RICHES
OTTAWA, May 20. Canada is sending 50 exploration parties to the thousands of square miles of territory not yet comp’etely surveyed. Aerial surveys have helped, but Canada's unknown wealth is below ground. The explorers expect to make rich mineral ‘ strikes. Twenty-five years ago no gold at all was mined in Canada; last year she was fourth among the world s gold producers, talcing out of the ground more than £22,000,000 worth of that metal.
