RETIRING FROM POST
SLR JOHN MAPPLY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.15 p.m. RUGBY, June 30. Sir John Mafl'cy retires to-morrow from the position of Permanent Undersecretary of State for the Colonies. He is to be succeeded by Sir Arthur Charles Parkinson.
