Jenkins. “It is noticed,” the report stated, “that very few motor drivers give a signal of their intention to stop 01 reduce speed by extending the right aim directly outwards, with the upper arm horizontal and the forearm vertical. An illustration is given on page 35 of the traffic regulation booklet handed, to all motor drivers on the renewal of their drivers’ license.”
