GREAT PROPERTY DEAL
WANGANUI DISTRICT FARM One of the largest, property deals negotiated in the Wanganui district for some time concerns Messrs. T. O’Neill and Son’s sheep farm at Kukutahi. which has just been bought by a Wellington syndicate for 11105,000. The property, which is over 7000 acres in area, lies adjacent to Field’s track, off the Parapara road, between Wanganui and Raetihi, and is first-class grazing land typical of much of the country inland from Wanganui.
