UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
SHORT-LIVED MARRIAGE Six undefended petitions in divoreo were granted by Mr. Justice Pair in the Hamilton Supreme Court. Stating that she had lived with her husband for only two days, and that they had then separated by mutual agreement, Bessie Doris (lenmiel was granted a decree nisi against David Oemmel.
Evidence that after she was married she lived with her husband’s people for 18 months in circumstances that were not congenial, and that a separation followed, was given by Mona Gladys Reeves, when applying for a divorce from Philip Osborne Reeves. A decree nisi was granted.
