PAYMENT OP WAGES “It is necessary for a farmer to pay his sons the wages prescribed by the Agricultural 'Workers’ Act, 1930, unless the sons are genuine partners in the business. If tlie relationship of master and servant exists, the Act applies, notwithstanding (lie. blood ties. The department has, however, intimated, without, prejudice, that it will not. interfere in family arrangements."
This is the opinion of the inspector of Factories, Wanganui.
