DIVORCE LAW REFORM
THIRD READING OF BILL (Rec. May 29, 11 a.m.) LONDON, May 28. In the House of Commons, Mr. A. P. Herbert's marriage bill, providing new grounds for divorce under English law, passed its third reading by 190 to 37 to votes.
