FRENCH PLANE WRECKED
PARIS-TOKIO FLIGHT
INJURIES TO PILOTS
(Reed. May 27, 11.50 a.m.) TOKIO, May 26. The Frenchmen, Doret and Micheletti, who are flying from Paris to Tokio, made a forced landing near Kochi, on Shikoku Island. Both were slightly injured.
The plane was overturned and wrecked.
The airmen had earlier lost themselves in a dense fog over Tsushima Island. They sent out ,an SOS, but later recognised their whereabouts and continued the journey.
