LONDON, April 20.
Mr. Kenneth Bebbington, formerly of Melbourne and now of the Royal Academy schools, has won the Rome scholarship for painting, with some mural decorations intended for a university library. The Daily Mail's Clitic tempers his congratulations with a statement that the designs lack originality and clarity of technique. This is the first time that, a dominion student has won this prize.
