TOKOMARU BAY NEWS
(Herald Corrnspondnnt.) A monoplane, flying at a high altitude, passed over Tokomaru Bay at 10.10 a.m. yesterday, proceeding in a northward direction. At approximately an hour and 20 minutes later the plane was once more sighted on its return trip south. This time it was flying low enough for residents to distinguish the lettering on the wings.
