BIRTHDAY PARTY (Herald Correspondent.) Mrs. J. W. Lunam, Mangatuna, gave on enjoyable party yesterday to celebrate the fourteenth birthday of her daughter. Nellie. The young guests spent a very happy afternoon playing! basketball aim other outdoor games.
A delicious party tea was served in the dining-room, where a beautifully-iced birthday cake graced the centre of the table.
Mrs. Lunam was assisted in the entertainment of the children by Mesdaines N. Crawford, N. Kirikiri, and T. Kohere, and Miss Kelly.
