DEBT ADJUSTMENT
NEW ZEALAND SYSTEM STUDY BY INDIAN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. While in New Zealand for a short holiday, Mr. S. Ranganathan, a member of the Indian Civil Service, who arrived to-day, intends to study the operation of" the debt adjustment courts, as there is a proposal to introduce similar legislation in India. He is accompanied by his wife and two sons, with whom he will tour the North Island before returning to India via Australia.
