FOOTBALLER KILLED
STRUCK BY LIGHTNING ELEVEN PERSONS INJURED CANTON (Ohio), Oct. 6. Lightning struck a school football team at practice to-day, killing one player, who wore a* metal nose guard and injuring 11 other persons, including two coaches. There was a. blinding flash as the two teams, playing under a threatening sky, lined up for the opening of the game.
