Screen Stars' Concert Tours
QN concert tours, singers who havo starred in pictures report that the most popular requests of audiences is for songs they have sung in their pictures. As encores Grace Moore receives the most requests for "One Night of Love"; Lily Pons for "I Dream Too Much"; Lawrence Tibbett for "The Rogue Song"; and Nelson Eddy for "Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life." Nelson Eddy's screen popularity has been instrumental iu increasing the demand for his appearance on concert tours. Only three years ago Eddy considered himself very lucky to have received £IO,OOO for a season tour ,of 30 cities. The fact that Mr. Eddy, who is 35 years of age, is much luckier j than that is evidenced by the tour which has been arranged for him between January 5 and April 28 next year. It will cover G2 cities, aud | Eddy will receive £50,000. »
