CONTROL OF SWIMMING
WELLINGTON OPINION IMPROVEMENT DESIRED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. No action is to bo taken by the Wellington centre of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association in the direction of changing the headquarters from Christchurch. This was unanimously do--ided at. a meeting of delegates to night. Tin* proposal was advocated in a letter from ilie Otago centre. A resolution was passed, however, Rawing the attention of the council to die fact that- an improvement in the general management, would be of greater idvanta.ge to the sport.
