DEMAND OF POLAND CHANCE FOR MIGRATION LONDON, Oct: 6. The Warsaw correspondent of The Times says that Poland now demands a place in the sun. ITer Government and the newspapers strongly emphasise the dynamic increase of population and the lack of raw materials, and indicate an intention to press Geneva for facilities for oversea migration and access to raw materials.
