PLANS OF SYNDICATE EARLY START LIKELY (Reed. Oct. C, noon.) SYDNEY, Oct. (5. Mr. Brendan Dowling, a Sydney accountant and company director, who arrived at Sydney on the Mariposa, said that a syndicate had been formed in Sydney to establish a faster transport’service between North America, New Zealand, and Sydney. Two liners would be placed on the trans-Paeific service ns soon as practicable.
