FATE OF ACCOUNTANT
FOUND DEAD IN OFFICE DISCOVERY BY DAUGHTER (Per Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. ■William Power, a. prominent Stratford accountant, was found dead in his office this morning by bis daughter Marie' with a, .303 rifle between his knees. The deceased left bis homo at 8.30 o’clock this morning, and his daughter arrived at the office, where she is employed, at the usual time. Going into Air. Power’s room to open the window, she found ibo body. Mr. Power was tile secretary of the Stratford Chamber of Commerce. . He served with the JN.Z.B.F 1 . on Gallipoli during the Great War, and was wounded and invalided home. He was the secretary of the local war funds council, and until recently was the secretary of (lie Stratford Pacing Club. Ho had been in ill health for some time past, lie leaves a widow and' three children.
