BUDAPEST, Aug. 17.
Pretty Frau John Menard, 2.°,-year-old beauty expert of Budapest., was arrested yesterday for wearing shorts in public. She had been bathing at Duimharasti, a fashionable Danubo “lido” near Budapest, and after changing into shorts went to meet her husband's train. The magistrate said it was highly immoral for a woman- to wear shorts outside tho bathing enclosure, lined her 5s —first line of its kind hi lluuga it.
