This census will register -all workingpeople who are entitled to. eiitcv-fhe-insurance scheme.
How many will go on the register experts are not able to forecast yet, but at its beginning ihe scheme will include a maximum of 250.000 workers and perhaps the total will not' much exceed 2€0,C00. The census will lie conducted through employers, who will be asked t-o lib- Ibe names' of all workers receiving £360 a year and less with the names of 'their dependents. -' :
