According to price Ijsts issued .in Auckland ■on Thursday in the shirt manufacturing trade, rates have been advanced by about 7£ per cent over those ruling before the new industrial legislation was introduced. ,Soon after July 1, when new labour, conditions were, imposed, prices generally were advanced by. 5 per cent, but the final adjustment was postponed pending an application by employees for a, new award. This has been obtained and .with the determination of the increased labour costs, new. price lists have been issued.
