PROBATE CHALLENGE
APPEAL COURT CASE HEARING CONTINUED (Per tress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. When, the case of Robert Keith Clemow and others v. the Guardian Trust jind others Was continued in the Appeal Court this morning, counsel for the appellants, Mr. H. if. Rogerson, continued liis-. examination of the evidence. The case concerns legacies totalling £930 under the will of James Joseph Burt Veaje, of Auckland, which were granted the- appellants in the will, but not in a subsequent codicil. In a Supreme Court case at Auckland the testamentary capacity of Mr. Veale, who was 72 years of age at the time of his death, and had made codicils a few months prior to his demise, was questioned, but Mr. Justice Callan granted probate of the will and 1 jot li codicils. It jg. against this granting of probate that the appeal is being lodged.
