John Cyril O’Donnell, aged 27 years, single, a trucker, was to-day committed for trial on charges of negligently driving a ear and causing the death of William Dam say Burt on August 2!) in High street, Groymouth; also with failing (o stop to ascertain whether he had injured Mr, Burt and with failing to render assistance.
