ADVISOR APPOINTED (Reed. Oct. 2, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 1. Appointed by the Air Ministry, Wing-Commander R. A. Cochrane will leave to-morrow to go to New Zealand to advise on the subject of air defence. He graduated in the Imperial Defence College and the Roval Air Force Staff College.
