TO VISIT DOMINION
SIR EDWIN HARDING DOMINIONS OFFICE (British Official Wlreinss.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 30. With the approval of the Secretary of State, Sir Edwin Harding, the Permanent Under-Secretary for Dominion Affairs, has accepted an invitation from the Government of South Australia to attend the centenary celebrations at Adelaide in December. Arrangements have also been made for Sir Edwin Harding to make a short stay in New Zealand on the way out, and to spend' a few days in the Gbmmonwenlth capital and other Australian States. lie is to return to London early iu February. During his absence. Sir Harry Batferbee will act as the Permanent Under-Secretary.
