SERIES OF CHARGES OFFENDER FOR SENTENCE (Per .'Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. Appearing <m remand from Napier, Eric Alfjf.ed Chapman, aged 23 years, pleaded guilty in the Police Court to-day to charges of breaking and entering the premises of J. ,T. Niven Limited, stealing money and a cheque valued at .C 45, and to breaking and entering the Hamilton Borough gasworks. Detective White said that the accused made a frank confession of the offences, a'hcT gave the police every assistance. The accused was committed for sentence to the, Supreme Court in Wellington, where he will also he sentenced for 10 offences at Napier and two at Palmerst on North.
