Reed. 9.30 n.m. RUGBY, Sept. 20. Dr. Scott Lidgett, the Methodist preacher and Nonconformist leader, was presented with an album signed by members of the National Free Church council congratulating him on the attainment of his diamond jubilee in the ministry.
