BENEFIT CRICKET GAME
BARDSLEY AND GREGORY RICHARDSON AS CAPTAIN (Reed. Sept. 22, noon.) SYDNEY, Sept. 22. V. Richardson will lead one of the teams in the Bardsley-Gregory testimonial cricket match. The New South Wales Cricket Association has accepted S. McCabe’s resignation as captain of the side, which will now become Richardson’s team. McCabe? in a letter to the association, pointed out that Richardson had been a wonderful player for Australia and the public and players would appreciate it if he led the team.
