Mclntosh, Otago Central, is on a. health visit to tho Morere hot springs,—Mr. P. M. Lane, Nelson, is visiting Wairoa, for a few weeks. — Miss E. M. Mediae is visiting Napier.

Mr. EL E. C. Boys. 8.A., who lias been headmaster of tins Waipukurau District High (School for the last two years, has been appointed to Wairoa and takes up iris duty at the beginning of next- year.
