Idaho, n mongrel dog, is to be fried at Broclcport, New York Binte, this month, for I lie murder of a 34-vear-old bov.
Idaho is accused of being Hie black dog which juinpjed at. the hoy while ho was swimming in a canal nnd caused him to drown.
Brook port dog-lovers opposed Judge Homer Benedict’s order that Idaho should be destroyed, saving that he was merely a playful pup. The .judge therefore decided that Idaho should.bo.given a trial.
