SOUTH AFRICAN BID (Reed. Sept. 19, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The South African Government has purchased 240 British rams, including ICO of the Dorset Horn breed, to improve flocks with a view to competing with the world supply of mutton.
