FIGHTING IN CHINA INSULT TO JAPANESE (Recti. Sept. li>. '2 p.m.) SHANGHAI, Sept. IS. Fighting, including tho firing of shots, occurred between Chinese and Japanese soldiers at Fengtai. It is stated that the. Chinese guards made insulting gestures as Japanese troops were passing a Chinese barracks. The situation is tense.
