EXTERMINATION ORDER PEST RAVAGES ENGLAND FORT BELVEDERE FENCING (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 19, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. In an effort to combat the increasing plague of rabbits, which are ravaging farms throughout England, an intricate rabbit-proof fence is being erected around the King's estate at Fort Belvedere. The King has instructed that rabbits should be stamped out there.
