FEARS FOR 200 LIVES EXCURSION LAUNCH SINKS COLLISION WITH BARGE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 19, 11 a.m.) CAIRO, Sept, 18. A native railway-men's excursion launch sank after a collision with a barge today. Two hundred people are believed to have been drowned in the swift-running waters of the River Nile.
