BIG AMERICAN FIRM HERMAN AGREEMENT WASHINGTON, Sept. 17. Tho Senate munitions investigating committee has issued a report of the secret testimony taken months ago, indicating that tlie giant American firm of dn l'ont do Nemours and Company holds an active financial interest in the rearming of Nazi Germany. It is revealed that the company owned 7.98 per cent of the holdings in a German company, and had an agreement with the firm to share trade secrets and divide the world markets.
Evidence was also published indicating that the American company did considerable small arms business in Holland before lierr Hitler's repudiation of disarmament, and much of this was smuggled into Germany for equipping Nazi Storm Troops.
